Jim passed away peacefully at Swan Hill District Health

On December 22, 2023 aged 96 years.
Dearly loved Father & Father In-Law of Merridee & Mick, Andrew & Terry.
Cherished Grandpa of 8 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Notice

A service to celebrate the life of Jim Rae will be held at

The Grain Shed Church of Christ. 2 King St Swan Hill.
On Friday 5th January 2024, commencing at 10.30am.

At the conclusion of the service the cortege will proceed to
the Swan Hill Memorial Park, Lawn section D. (Off Wattie Street).

 

Tributes

The Lions club of Swan Hill are saddened to hear of the passing of Jim. He was the longest serving member of our club, having just been acknowledged with his 50 years of service certificate. Jim was a tireless worker for his community and a friend to his fellow Lions members. He will be missed greatly. Our condolences to Merridee and all of Jim's family.
