So sad to hear the passing of Verna. A lovely lady who worked so hard for many years to support others. So many fond memories of S.M.O.A.R.N. bus trips and sports days, and of course the walking groups. It is sad that we lost contact during the Covid lockdowns. She will be greatly missed. How fortunate we were to have known and loved Verna, who came into our lives when Stacey and Brad met. Verna shared a special bond with Stacey and we extend to Stacey our love and deepest sympathy, as we do to Leigh, Teagan and all of Verna's family. Verna was vibrant, kind, loving, fun and the narrator of many fine stories, she will be sadly missed, but has left us with many fond memories. Much love and sympathy, Vicki and Malcolm Philp.
