Jack passed away at Swan Hill District Health

after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family

on December 18, 2025, aged 68 years

Dearly loved son of Hazel & Les.

Cherished brother and brother in-law

of Heather & Dougo, Kate, Jennny & Brendin, Susie

Treasured uncle and great uncle

to all his nieces and nephews.

Funeral Notice

A Funeral service to commemorate the life of

Jack Glare will be held in The Grain Shed,

Church of Christ 2 King St, Swan Hill

on Tuesday December 30, 2025

commencing at 10.30 am   

At the conclusion of the service the cortege

will proceed to the methodist Section

of the Swan Hill Memorial Park.
